Assignment 5: let's go to the cinema!

The last movie I saw in the cinema was Wall-e, that was like two months ago... Apparently I don't go very often to the cinema, that's because I usually download movies from Internet to save money.

When I went to saw Wall-e it was because me and my boyfriend invited my little brother for his birthday. We went there to saw an other movie, but the tickets were off, so we have to settle with the other movie. At first we didn't have faith in this movie, we thought it will be a little boring and for very small children. But when we started to saw it we realized that it wasn't that bad.


The movie was about a very nice and old robot, Wall-e, who was in charge of decontaminate the earth while all the people that's lives there was having vacations in a spaceship manipulated by other robots.


Wall-e works alone in the earth until Eva, another robot, that cames for the spaceship, arrived. The two robot after some figths started a friendship relation. Wall-e shows the world to Eva, and all the things that he has found in between the garbage that people leave before going on there vacations. But when he shows Eva a plant something strange happen, she go off and a little spaceship take her away.


After that it happens many things that you will discover if you see the movie. I recommended because is a very sweet movie, with a beautiful relation, and a interesting moral.

Assigment 4. Everybody let's blog!

I choose Fabiola Vergara's blog, because she is one of my classmate of education and I know she is very hard working and her blog will be very interesting.



The first thing that calls my attention is the shape and the colours of the background, that is a little sad, but helps to highligth the photografs and the texts. Paying more attention on the assigments done and the information given in the blog I thing that is a very good one, organized, with all the homework done at time and with a lot of photografs and links that makes the reading more entertaining. Some post there are not very well in the gramatically way, but you can clearly see that the autor is a student doing her best to learn and improve her english.



My favourite post is the one that talks about Leonardo da Vinci and his work of art The Last Supper because I am agree with Fabiola about Leonardo being the universal genius, and I thing he is one of the most talented man that have ever been existed in the world.

Assignment 3

A work of art that I like very much is the Paris Garden painted by a famous french artist named Toulouse Lautrec.

The first time I saw this paint was when I was at college, in my art class. There I have to choose one artist, study his life and copy one of his works. I remember it was very hard to me to copy his work, because I never did very well in arts, but finally I do it great, and I got a seven in my paint and many congratulations of my teacher.

Now a days I love the work of Lautrec, because of my good experience at school and because I get to know his tecnic and now I can recognize all his paints.

My favourite webside!

A webside I love visiting is fotolog.

I found it because a friend show it to me years ago, he told me about this webside and all the things I have to do to have my own page. It was not very difficult so I decided to create my fotolog.

I visit it almost all days to review the post my friends leave for me. And that's why I like it so much, because I can keep in contact with a lot of friends, leaving post and receiving them. I can also publish all the pictures I want, and express my feelings leaving comments in each photo.

last blog assignment

I selected an articule named Classroom Management written by Bob Roach (http://www.edarticle.com/classroom-management/classroom-management.html).

Classroom management is one of the greatest concerns for any teacher. Their foundation is the relationship that you develop between yourself and the student, and the relationship that you have with the parents of your students.

For a good relationship with students you have to treat them with respect, respond to miss behavior quickly and be consistent with your expectations and consequences.

For a good relationship with the parents you have to make sure that you contact each and every parent in the first month of school, just to let them know that their child is important to you.

Building a healthy relationship with both student and parent will greatly enhance your ability to have effective classroom management.

Education is the art of teaching young people how to act. More importantly know that setting limits is easy, enforcing them is not. So take the time it takes to put a classroom management plan in effect that you will enforce quickly, consistently, and respectfully.

Assigment 5

Educacional Evaluation.

This course is about the evaluations that you can do to yours students and also about different ways to implemented them.

I learn many things related to didactes evaluations, and how to make it funny and more greatful for your students. Different ways to aplicated them, and the three times you can do them, the fist time is the diagnostic test, the second the formative test, and the last one is the sumative test at the end of learning process.

A thing that I would like to learn is how to evaluate small kids, like 3 or 4 years old. Make interesting and entretainment activities with evaluations of the same caracteristics.

This course calls my attention because de evalutive process is one of the most important points of the education, because good califications with a well done evaluation instrument means good uderstanding by the children.

My weekends

My last weekend it was such as the most of them.

Started on Friday night with a party. There I had a good time
with my school friends, we talked about our lives in the last week and laught about differents things. We try to get together all the weekends but some of them is imposible, becauce university staf, like homework, quizes or tests.

On Saturday I slept until lunch and then went to the UMCE to play a volleyball game. I play in the faculty team with girls of the diferent carrers that we have in Social, and 2 that study in Science. I love playing volley and having fun with my team friends.


After the game I came home to study a little and went to bed early, after cheeking my mail, my facebook and chat for a while.

On Sunday I went to worked all day. I work in a place call Gunys, where kids can go to celebrate there birthday. I am working there for 4 years more or less, the job is funny but it is also very tiring, you have to get there at 10 in the morning, and go home at 8 the most of the days. But it is satisfactory to go to the banc at the end of the month and change your check. That's why I take so much time working here.
